The day you become hoggish, and wish to get "lucky", is the day you lose all of your cash. Sounds a bit absurd, but it appears to be genuine. The only time I ever come away with money is when I do not care about blowing it. I decided to go to the the casino the other evening with $20. I could not care any less about squandering it, I mean, what is twenty dollars? So guess what happened? I ended up leaving with one hundred and twenty dollars in profit in just 2 hours!

Another occassion I was at the casino with my buddy Steve. I took with me $100 that I couldn’t bear to lose. I got hoggish, I got worried, and I ended up betting too much and squandered it in 30 minutes! The lesson is never ever wager anymore than you are able to squander. If you do not panic about losing, you have a lot more opportunity of profiting big!

What other ways can you enhance your chances of profiting at Roulette other than setting a budget? Never bet on single numbers! Sure, they come up occasionally, but they do not come up often enough to guarantee a constant profit. Only wager on 1:1 wagers e.g. red, black, even, odd, 1-18, and 19-36, and 2:1 bets like 1st dozen, second 12, 3rd dozen, etc Wager on odds that pay relatively high.

With the basic rules covered, how else might we further increase our chances of winning at Roulette? By turning probability into our friend, instead of our opposition. "You can not win at Roulette", my friend Jeff would say to me. "It is absolutely random due to the fact that any number can come up". Sure, my buddy Charles does have a point, although at the same time, he is missing an important aspect of the picture. I totally agree, black or red might be landed on thirty times in a row, but how often does that happen?
